Access announced that Paul Cox has been named a new Project Manager, and Michael Doria has been named Director of Asset Management.

Cox, who has been tied to numerous high-profile development projects throughout Omaha, will manage projects for the Store Development division, as well as provide support to commercial development and company-managed assets. After earning his BS in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Cox joined Holland Basham Architects in Omaha as the Construction Administrator, contributing to projects such as UNO’s Mammel Hall, Midtown Crossing and Coventry Health Care. He then moved on to project management consulting, and has just finished up a nine-month project for L’Oreal USA in which he acted as the Owner’s Representative on the construction of an 82,000 SF addition to its La Vista distribution center.

Doria, formerly the Manager of REO Disposition at Bank of the West, will manage the procurement of new asset opportunities, as well as facilitate the resolution of property requests and issues.  Doria started his commercial real estate career in 2002 at a local company, and then became an Associate Broker with NAI FMA Realty in Lincoln before going to Bank of the West.
