The Eastern Nebraska Human Services Agency (ENHSA) Governing Board (duetne.org) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tiffany Friesen Milone as the new executive director. Duet is a leading service provider for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Dodge, Douglas, Sarpy, and Washington counties, as well as in central Nebraska. Milone has extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, and has guided organizations through operational improvements, strategic growth and cultural development. Prior to joining Duet, she served as deputy director at OpenSky Policy Institute, where she oversaw high priority cross-functional initiatives and coordinated staff, timelines and communications to support organizational goals.
As executive director, Milone will oversee Duet’s programs and services, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and advance strategic objectives to support people with developmental disabilities.
