Centris Federal Credit Union (www.centrisfcu.org) is pleased to announce the promotion of Julie Strohfus to Vice President, Retail Financial Services. Strohfus brings 20 years of credit union experience to her new role. She began her career as a Credit Union Loan Processor, ascended to Vice President of Indirect & Consumer Lending and most recently served as Vice President, Products for Centris. In her new role, she will manage all aspects of the retail banking division including the retail products division, contact center and the credit union’s 15 branch locations throughout Nebraska and Council Bluffs, IA.

Strohfus has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and a Master of Arts in Management from Bellevue University. She is active in the Omaha community having served the Western Douglas County Chamber of Commerce board of directors. She serves on the Community Foundation for Western Iowa’s Mental Health Steering Committee, Heartland Family Service where she is the immediate past chairman of the board of directors.
