A Creighton University School of Law graduate, Mark’s practice focuses on Personal Injury, Criminal Trials, Appellate Practice, Insurance Litigation, Mass Tort Litigation and Commercial Litigation. Mark’s legal resume includes arguing the case of Victor v. Nebraska before the Supreme Court of the United States in 1994.
His professional memberships include the Nebraska State Bar Association, Omaha Bar Association, Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorneys Association. He also serves on the Board of the Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorneys Association and as the Chair of the Nebraska Advisory Committee to the Nebraska Supreme Court, which issues ethical opinions to Nebraska attorneys.
