Outlook Enrichment Adds Skavdahl as Disability Partner Work Incentives Counselor

Stephanie Skavdahl recently became the Outlook Enrichment (www.outlooken.org) disability partner work incentives counselor. In this role, she assists Outlook associates and program participants with Social Security benefits, public transportation, independent living skills, and employment skills.

Skavdahl started working for Outlook Nebraska, a sister agency to Outlook Enrichment, in 2017 as an associate resource advisor. In this role, she connected Outlook’s associates with public transportation, housing, and with other needed community resources. Because she is a certified Partner Work Incentives Coordinator, Skavdahl can now provide social security beneficiaries information about work, social security work incentive programs, rules, and other types of benefits and assistance available to them. She began working with Outlook Enrichment program participants in 2021 and has been with the organization full-time since the beginning of 2022.

Skavdahl brings nearly five years of individual and family service industry experience to Outlook Enrichment. Before joining Outlook Nebraska, Skavdahl worked as an in-home family consultant for Boys Town. She earned her bachelor’s degree in general studies and behavioral health from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
