The Alzheimer’s Association Nebraska Chapter (act.alz.org/Omaha) is proud to announce that the 2025 Walk to End Alzheimer’s – Greater Omaha will take place on Sunday, October 12 at the College of Saint Mary Flames Fieldhouse (700 Mercy Road). This annual event brings together families, caregivers, corporate teams and individuals to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research.

Participants of all ages and abilities are invited to join. There is no fee to register; however, fundraising is encouraged and supports vital local services and global research efforts.

This year, the Walk to End Alzheimer’s – Greater Omaha is led by Christa Reason. When asked what she is most excited for the upcoming Walk, Christa said, “I am humbled knowing that I can help create a positive impact in the lives of people who are affected by Alzheimer’s and other dementias, including my own family.”
