Completely KIDS (completelykids.org) is pleased to announce its 2026 Stronger Together Luncheon, taking place Wed., March 4, at the Scott Conference Center. The annual event brings together community leaders, partners, and supporters to celebrate the collective impact that strengthens KIDS, families, and our community. Dan Gomez, Past Board and Executive Team Member of Completely KIDS and Senior Business Development Officer at First Interstate Bank, will serve as the 2026 Honorary Chair.
“This luncheon event is a great way to celebrate 2025 Completely KIDS success stories. It also allows us to recognize the ‘stars’ working in our community on behalf of the KIDS,” said Gomez.
The Stronger Together Luncheon will honor individuals and organizations whose leadership, generosity, and collaboration have helped advance the Completely KIDS mission. This year’s honorees include Nebraska
Methodist Health System, recipient of the Collaboration Award; Nebraska Pork Producers Association, recipient of the Commitment Award; John Langwith, recipient of the Passion Award; and the Bernal Mejia Family, named Family of the Year. In addition, Completely KIDS will award scholarships to teens in its Teen Employment Program as they pursue educational and career goals.
“Stronger Together reflects who we are and how we create impact,” said CEO Carla Rizzo. “When community partners, families, volunteers, and supporters come together, meaningful change happens for the KIDS and families we serve.” Guests will hear how Completely KIDS’ after-school programs, weekend meals, mental health services, and adult education programs continue to make a lasting difference.
