CareBuilders at Home (www.carebuildersathomeomaha.com) is excited to announce the launch of its Wellness Program, a subscription-based program designed to take a more proactive approach to client care through the use of a voice activated, cutting-edge technology that can turn a client’s TV into an on-demand video call with family, friends, and their care team at CareBuilders at Home. The program offers task-orientated solutions that address the most common needs for someone considering home care services including personal care visits, housekeeping visits, and transportation services that include attending physician appointments, running errands, or shopping.

The foundation of the Wellness Program is the daily “Check-in and Chat” calls. These calls provide a window into the daily lives of our clients and allow us to monitor for changes in condition, patterns, or behavior that could impact the client’s overall health and wellbeing, notify appropriate parties, and coordinate additional services if needed.
At affordable rates, the Wellness Program offers flexibility for clients to mix-and-match services to build the package that works best for them. For some, the “Check-in and Chat” service may be adequate, but clients in need of a higher level of care can add task-oriented visits such as a 90-minute personal care visit to assist with bathing and dressing, or a two-hour housekeeping visit to assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
