In honor of this milestone, Salt 88 invited the Omaha community to gather for complimentary appetizers, drink specials and prizes. Salt, an 88 Restaurant, is a partnership with the original Hiro & Hiro 88 restaurants in Nebraska. Owners John Horvatinovich and Milton Yin collaborated to bring Omaha a modern American restaurant with Italian influence.
