Village Pointe® Shopping Center welcomed the addition of four dynamic new businesses, all of which opened this summer. lululemon, BRAVO! Cucina Italiana, and Love Culture are all firsts to the Omaha retail market. Additionally, accessory jewelry specialty retailer, Charming Charlie, will open this fall with its third location in Nebraska.
Charming Charlie, described as a specialty retailer that “caters to women who love baubles”, is the latest to be announced among several new businesses that have opened or will be opening at Village Pointe Shopping Center in 2012, which all totaled represent nearly 30,000 square feet. Charming Charlie will be located on the south-facing retailer row, near Pearle Vision, which also opened earlier this year.
Village Pointe will be nearly 100 percent occupied with the opening of these new tenants. Village Pointe is leased and managed by RED Development, LLC.
