On Friday, June 27, 2014 Ms. Sells purchased the building on 210 N 78th Street and established a permanent residence for her team. The 17,000 sq. ft. three-story building features a central atrium, conference room, spacious board room, and plenty of private office space for her growing staff. “Taking the next steps to purchase the building shows the tremendous growth of our company over the last few years. Being able to witness the increasing success of this company brings great joy to a tenured employee such as myself,” said Director of Operations, Cassandra Powers. Powers has been working with Ms. Sells at The Firm Business Brokerage since January of 2012. Since that time, The Firm Business Brokerage has nearly tripled in size with the addition of a new Director of Client Development, Alexa Billings, In House Legal Counsel, Susanne Miller, and Executive Brokers Steven Standifer and Elizabeth Jones.
