Ervin & Smith (ervinandsmith.com) recently celebrated its 40th anniversary. At the 40th anniversary celebration, Founder and Chairman of the Board, Doug Smith, announced his retirement and the sale of the agency to current President & CEO, Leanne Prewitt, and CFO, Brittany Wozny.
