Tell us about your team!
Our team is made up of experienced and new guys. We have 45 years of combined experience in HVAC Service, Replacement, and New Construction. We take a lot of pride in doing things the way we would want them done in our own homes for all of our clients. We have a servant mindset—putting others’ needs before our own. Our team wants to build relationships for the future because we plan on serving the Omaha-metro community for decades to come.
What do you like about doing business in Omaha?
Omaha is a unique market that allows for a big city atmosphere, in terms of opportunity in acquiring new clientele, while maintaining the small town mindset of how important relationships and referrals are. By doing a great job and building relationships we are welcomed as if we are the only HVAC company in town.
What changes have you seen in the industry and your company in the past few years?
The changes in the industry have been huge since I have been in HVAC. When I started in 1999, the workforce was large and it was easy to acquire labor. Today, the workforce is a lot smaller so we have taken the attitude of training from the ground up. We provide our team with on the job and classroom training to help them further their experience in the industry so they are worth more. This also allows us to be more knowledgeable on the projects and calls we handle. The past few years for us have been slow and steady growth. We have grown from three employees in 2019 to 22 employees projected for 2022! We are excited to be at a moment in history that is giving opportunity for our new guys to grow in experience, our seasoned guys to gain leadership knowledge, and for people who haven’t had the opportunity to get into a trade to do just that.
What are your goals for your company in the next 5-10 years?
Train more people in the knowledge and understanding of HVAC fundamentals, advanced skills, and leadership. We know when we train the next generation to be leaders, they in turn will create more leaders. This will allow the company to continue to grow and empower people to have a better future for themselves, their families, and their communities. Everyone wins!
