Cornhusker Bank – Building Positive Relationships

Cornhusker Bank is in the process of planning a new location in Omaha in the building currently under construction at 111th and Blondo, with expected completion in February 2020. The bank is working with building owner Jim Prchal and partner Emily Petersen of Prchal Petersen Group, LLC on the project. Prchal Petersen Group, a full-service tax and consulting firm, provides outstanding service to business owners and professionals guided by underlying values of professionalism, responsiveness, and quality. The bank’s loan production office at 13340 California St. will remain in use until the location at 111th and Blondo is opened, pending regulatory approval. As Cornhusker Bank continues to work with members of the community like the Prchal Petersen Group in the greater Omaha area, they are dedicated to providing meaningful solutions and high value service. Cornhusker Bank’s associates will continue to focus on building strong relationships in which they can help individuals and businesses build strong financial roadmaps for their future.

For the past 10 years, Cornhusker Bank has been building relationships in the Omaha market and, today, a substantial percentage of the bank’s business is in the Omaha market. Cornhusker Bank has observed the Omaha and Lincoln area merging into a metroplex and embraces the idea the two markets are quickly being viewed as one metro market.

The bank’s history began in Davey, NE in 1903 and moved to Lincoln in 1960. Branches were added throughout Lincoln and a new headquarters was built and occupied in 2016. In April of 2018, Cornhusker Bank opened a loan production office in Omaha and is now working on the Blondo location pictured on the cover. As with each Cornhusker Bank branch, the Blondo location will have a unique atmosphere and be customized to the needs of its customers. The culture behind the branch will be consistent with the friendliness and excellent service Cornhusker Bank has been known for in its century long tradition. Values which will be upheld in this eighth location will include “Deliver the Wow Experience”, “Care Deeply”, “Do Life Together”, “Building Positive Relationships”, and “Own it.”

At Cornhusker Bank, “We exist to serve by providing solutions for lifelong success.”   Cornhusker Bank is here to form a lifelong relationship with you and display their commitment to your success. Cornhusker Bank is proud to be part of the community.
