Looking for a rewarding career? Join the National Safety Council – Nebraska Chapter (NSCN, www.SafeNebraska.org/DrEdInstructor) on their mission to save lives and prevent injuries. Through leadership, research, education, and advocacy, NSCN focuses on the areas where most unintentional injuries and deaths occur.
We are currently looking for Driver Education instructors. Potential Driver Ed instructors must complete an instructor course. Upcoming courses are scheduled for August 9 – September 20, 2021 and October 4 – November 15, 2021. The course consists of 36 hours of online training and six hours of behind-the-wheel (BTW) training and a full day of classroom. BTW training and class portion of the course is provided at SCC in Lincoln. NSCN offers a bonus upon completion of training and another bonus after three months.
