Cobalt Credit Union Headquarters – Papillion

The 90,000 square foot corporate headquarters project began in February of 2014, and was constructed with its employees in mind. Collaborative work spaces, a fitness facility, and a large break room are some of the features employees enjoy. The Cobalt Credit Union Headquarters building is also extremely energy-efficient. The building management system includes multiple 3rd party integrations with other vendor open protocol equipment such as a Daikin variable refrigerant system, a Multistack chiller system, and a CRAC computer room AC unit system.

Boys Town Campus – Boys Town

Engineered Controls began working with Boys Town in 2006 to provide integrated facility management system solutions for their entire Omaha metro campus. After a comprehensive study by Boys Town facility personnel, Engineered Controls was selected as their building management system supplier of the future. In addition to the traditional campus network, in 2009, Engineered Controls participated in the construction of the new Boys Town Research Hospital, located on the extreme south side of the campus. The Boys Town National Research Hospital has been internationally recognized as a leader in clinical and research programs focusing on childhood deafness, visual impairment, and related communication disorders.

Kountze Memorial Lutheran Church – Omaha

In the summer of 2014, Engineered Controls was part of an Energy Retrofit project with Kiewit Building Group to provide a new Honeywell building management system for the 51,900 square foot church. The primary goal was to make the building a more energy efficient, comfortable, healthy space that is easy to operate and maintain. In addition to updating the building’s existing mechanical systems with new controls, Engineered Controls also provides long-term preventative maintenance services for the church.
