How did you get started in the business? – My story isn’t about a smooth, linear path—it’s about recognizing a massive gap in the market and having the audacity to fill it.For eight years, I was the marketing and business development director at a local collision center. This wasn’t just a job—it was my training ground. I became obsessed with sales, marketing, grassroots networking, and the art of relationship building. But deep down, I knew I was destined for something bigger. The pivotal moment came when I took the stage in front of 800 coaches. One presentation. One moment of pure magic. I shared marketing strategies that could guarantee coaches an extra $100,000 in their bank account. The energy was electric, and something inside me ignited. What I saw broke my heart. Talented coaches—brilliant, passionate women—were crawling back to corporate jobs. Why? Because the certification programs were failing them. They were selling dreams without providing the tactical, real-world strategies needed to actually build a thriving business.
So I did what any entrepreneur would do: I built the business I wish had existed when I first started coaching. Alpha Queen Collective isn’t just a company—it’s a lifeline for coaches who refuse to let their dreams die. My mission became crystal clear: to be the powerhouse coach that guides other coaches from survival to absolute dominance. To create the training, the support, the community that I desperately needed when I was starting out. This isn’t just a business. It’s a movement. And we’re just getting started.
Who inspires you? – My clients are my ultimate inspiration. Every single day, they show up with Alpha Queen like determination.
