Speedway Properties (SpeedwayProperties.com) would like to extend a warm welcome to their five new members joining the management, development, and leasing teams.
Brent Lucke, marketing coordinator, joined Speedway Properties in May 2022 upon graduating from the UNL College of Business. Previously, Brent was a marketing intern with Speedway Properties’ sister company, Speedway Motors. In addition, Brent also serves as the community manager at the FUSE Coworking space.
Brooklyn McCrystal, residential property manager, joined Speedway Properties in June of 2022 with a decade of experience in customer service, primarily in the restaurant industry.
Casey Clark, residential property manager, joined Speedway Properties in August 2022. Casey also comes from Speedway Motors, where he was a valued member of their customer experience team. Prior to his time at Speedway Motors, Casey obtained EMT training through Southeast Community College.
Morgan Drommond, commercial property manager, joined Speedway Properties in December 2022 with a decade of experience in sales and customer service, most recently at Merritt Concrete.
Lauren Smith, vice president, joined Speedway Properties in January 2023. Lauren previously was a vice president at Northmarq Capital, the nation’s largest privately held servicer and provider of commercial real estate debt and equity. Lauren received her BSBA and MBA from Creighton University where she previously earned All-American honors in Volleyball.
