Joe Inguanzo, PhD, president of Professional Research Consultants, Inc., (PRC) recently announced the appointment of two individuals to key leadership positions within the PRC organization.

Candace Quinn was appointed as chief operating officer (COO) for the organization. In this newly created role, Ms. Quinn will oversee all operations of the $30 million healthcare market research firm. Ms. Quinn joins PRC after eight years as chief executive officer (CEO) of the consulting firm, Brand=Experience, where she advised healthcare organizations in strategy, brand and marketing direction. Ms. Quinn is a graduate of Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Effective April 1, the organization welcomed Michael J. Quinn as director of sales and marketing. Prior to joining PRC, Mr. Quinn spent most of his career in the hospitality industry, working in a sales and marketing leadership capacity.  Most recently, Mr. Quinn has worked with hospitals, restaurants and hotels to develop digital strategies to connect them to their clients, building brand awareness.  Mr. Quinn received a Bachelor of Science in communications and advertising from California State University at Fullerton.
