During the recent annual meeting at Physicians Mutual Insurance Company, President and CEO Robert A. Reed announced the following promotions and new officers.
Howard Daubert was promoted to senior vice president of corporate services. His previous role was vice president of human resources. He manages human resources, organizational development, wellness, facilities planning and design, building services, housekeeping and licensing and commissions. Daubert joined the company in 2003.
Tim Reed was promoted to vice president of market segmentation. He is currently leading a new strategic initiative for Physicians Mutual. He joined the company in 2001 and prior to taking on his new role, he held several other sales positions.
Debra Walton was promoted to vice president of marketing and communications services. She oversees the corporate communications, copy and design areas. Walton joined the company in 2001.
Therese McDermott was appointed to assistant vice president of claim services. She manages the claim processing for cancer, long term care, home health care, life and hospital surgical product lines. McDermott joined the Company in 1979.
Tara Warren was appointed to assistant vice president of life product management. She is responsible for pricing new life products and managing the profitability of life product line with ongoing experience analysis. Warren joined the company in 2000.
