Nebraska Community Foundation (www.NebraskaHometown.org) is pleased to announce the promotion of Greta Leach to new community development staff leadership position.

Greta Leach has been promoted from affiliated fund development coordinator to Director of Community Development Philanthropy. Leach will supervise, train and mentor other NCF staff members and partners in assisting Nebraska communities to use their existing resources and assets to create a path to greater prosperity.  Leach will oversee the implementation of NCF’s strategic plan activities to strengthen leadership, grow local assets and inspire charitable giving in affiliated fund locations across the state.  She also serves as the primary contact and resource staff member for a number of affiliated funds.

Greta Leach’s professional experience includes traditional and grassroots fundraising, nonprofit and faith-based community leadership and public accounting. She received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a master’s of theological studies from the Iliff School of Theology.
