Luke C. Holst, a licensed patent attorney, joins the firm’s Litigation group and Technology and Intellectual Property group. Luke has significant experience in both patent and litigation matters. His patent work covers a wide range of technology areas including mechanical, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and agriculture. Luke was previously with McKee, Voorhees and Sease a Des Moines law firm and also worked as a patent examiner for the United Sate Patent and Trademark Office. Luke received his law degree from Creighton University School of Law in 2005.
