Kids Can is pleased to welcome three new team members: Jessica Shadduck is the new Mentoring and Tutoring Coordinator. She is serving Kids Can through Americorps and will be with the program for the next year. She is excited to help the mentoring program grow and hopes her degree in Spanish will come into use through her position.

Sara Galenbeck is the new Community and Parent Coordinator. She is a Lutheran Volunteer Corps member and will be with Kids Can for the next year. Her goal is to increase parent involvement within Kids Can and help the organization become a bigger presence within the community.

Sarah Phillips is their Program and Logistics Coordinator.  She will work with teachers on existing curriculum and oversee the implementation of new curriculum in addition to coordinating transportation. She has spent almost 10 years working in classrooms with children and was a director of a school prior to coming to Kids Can. She loves working with kids and is excited to help them reach the goals they have set for themselves.
