Immanuel (Immanuel.com), a regional not-for-profit leader of retirement living and senior care and services, is pleased to announce John Croghan as vice president of community operations. Croghan has served in the senior living industry for over 20 years. He is currently the Lincoln regional director of operations for Immanuel and executive director at The Landing, an Immanuel signature community. Croghan has served on the Government Relations Committee with the Nebraska Health Care Association and the state-wide advisory board for the Alzheimer’s Association and is a past president of the Seniors Foundation in Lincoln. He currently serves as the Nebraska Assisted Living Association (NALA) director at large, a nonprofit organization of the Nebraska Health Care Association.

In his new role, Croghan will provide executive leadership for Immanuel’s community operations at all 11 campuses throughout Omaha, Lincoln, Council Bluffs, and Des Moines. He will ensure community operations operate in a manner consistent with the mission of Immanuel, following federal and state laws and governing principles set forth by the board or regulatory entities.
