HBE LLP (hbecpa.com), a Nebraska-based public accounting and advisory firm, announces the promotion of Emily Arrigo, CPA; Kaylie Koso, CPA; Derek Meyer, CPA; and Phillip Oman, CPA to Partner, effective January 1, 2026. The promotions reflect each individual’s leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to the firm’s clients, people, and long-term growth. Together, they strengthen HBE’s capabilities across assurance, tax, and specialty advisory services while supporting the firm’s continued expansion across its markets.

Emily Arrigo, CPA joined HBE in 2018 and provides assurance services to a diverse mix of for profit, nonprofit, and employee benefit plan clients. She is actively involved in the community as a board member of Clinic with a Heart.
Derek Meyer, CPA joined HBE in 2017 and specializes in corporate, partnership, and individual tax. He leads the firm’s Healthcare Specialty Group, supporting clients with complex tax and advisory needs. Derek currently serves a board member of the Seniors Foundation.
Phillip Oman, CPA joined HBE in 2017 and focuses on corporate, partnership, and individual tax matters, with extensive experience advising clients on complex multi-state and regulatory issues. He leads the firm’s State and Local Tax (SALT) group and specializes in business valuations.
Kaylie Koso, CPA joined HBE in 2021 and specializes in serving clients in the agribusiness industry, partnering closely with producers and agribusiness owners to support their operational and long-term goals.
