E & A Consulting Group, Inc. has promoted Jason Headley, RLS, CFedS to Survey Department Manager. They also wish to commend Dustin Wallis for earning his Professional Engineering licensure in the states of Nebraska and Iowa.
Jason Headley, RLS, CFedS has played an active role in E&A’s survey department for 24 years, acquiring experience with boundary, cadastral, topographic and engineering surveys. As a Certified Federal Surveyor, he is also qualified to perform boundary and cadastral surveys on federal lands. Headley was named a partner with E&A in 2013 and currently sits on the company’s Board of Directors. In his new role as Department Manager, he is leading E&A’s growing survey team which currently includes 20 employees.
Dustin Wallis, PE is a civil engineer who has been with E&A for four years. He is actively involved in the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Iowa Engineering Society (IES) and Rotary International – Council Bluffs Centennial Club. Wallis holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University in Ames.
