Empower Home Care is pleased to announce the appointment of Carly Snider to the position of Non-Medical Home Care Manager. Carly has been an LPN since 2006 and has spent her career caring for adults with disabilities, the elderly, individuals with Alzheimer’s/Dementia related diseases, and their families. Her experience has touched many facets of the industry including group homes, skilled nursing and rehabilitation, adult day care, assisted living, and memory care. In addition to her care experience, she’s experienced in family relations, patient assessment, marketing, and business operations.
