As Executive Director, Dr. Marlier leads the organization’s mission to inspire and elevate leaders, organizations, and communities through positive, practical business ethics education throughout the Omaha community and beyond. Her vision centers on empowering individuals and organizations to build strong, ethical behavior-driven cultures that support long-term success.
With more than two decades of experience spanning higher education, nonprofit leadership, and executive development, Dr. Marlier combines academic insight with genuine compassion for people and purpose. Under her guidance, the Business Ethics Alliance has expanded programming, partnerships, and educational initiatives that strengthen the ethical fabric of Nebraska’s business community.
