With more than 30 years of experience in trailer repair and maintenance, Hesman brings a wealth of industry knowledge and hands-on expertise to the leadership team. Holding a CDL-A license, he not only understands the technical side of fleet operations but also the practical challenges drivers and businesses face every day.

As president, Hesman will oversee day-to-day operations, strengthen customer partnerships and drive growth strategies across Batten Trailer Leasing and its sister company, BAMCo (Batten Asset Management Company). Established in 2025, BAMCo extends Batten’s legacy of service by offering mobile fleet repair, maintenance programs and asset management solutions, giving customers comprehensive support both on the road and in the shop.
