Community members are invited donate baby wipes to Educare of Omaha (educareomaha.org), Inc. during the Winter “Wipe” Out Donation Drive this February. Collection opportunities will be available all month long.
“Educare of Omaha, Inc. serves over 600 children each day. That’s a lot of diaper changes,” Executive Director Rafel O. Hart said. “Last year, the community needed over 228,000 wipes to keep our infants, toddlers and preschoolers clean and healthy.”
To participate in the drive, community members can drop-off unscented baby wipes at Early Learning Center at Kennedy (3200 N 30th Street). A virtual drive, allowing people to shop from home and ship directly to Educare of Omaha, Inc., is also available at: a.co/iflrxbm.
“With help from the community, we can make sure our children are prepared each day to play and learn,” Hart said.
Educare of Omaha, Inc. serves over 600 infants, toddlers and preschoolers – and their families – each year by providing high quality, year-round early education at five early learning schools located in North and South Omaha, and also operating a home visiting program.
