Women’s Center for Advancement has opened the nomination process to honor outstanding women in the Omaha-area. Women’s Center for Advancement will host the 28th annual Tribute to Women luncheon in June 2015. The event honors women who have made a significant impact on the community. Nominees have been in a variety of fields including, but not limited to: community volunteers, medical research, politics, journalism, education, and corporate America.

Nomination forms can be found at wcaomaha.org, as well as a list of past honorees. All nominations are requested to be turned into the WCA no later than January 29, 2015. The mission of the WCA is to assist victims of domestic violence and sexual assault and their children in achieving safety and empowering them to lead self-determined lives.
