Seasoned cornhole pros and first-time players alike are invited to join the fun at Outlook Enrichment’s annual Bags & Brews Cornhole Fundraising Tournament on August 23, at Heavy Brewing, 20333 Patton Street in Gretna.

The event unites community members, local businesses and supporters for an afternoon of friendly competition, craft brews and meaningful connection, all to raise funds for programs that empower individuals living with vision loss. In the Omaha metro area alone, more than 15,000 youth and adults experience significant vision loss, and Outlook Enrichment’s services help them live independently, confidently engage in their communities and continue doing the things they love.

To kick things off, all attendees will participate in a complimentary “blind toss” round wearing sleep shades or vision simulation goggles, a brief but eye-opening experience that offers a glimpse into the daily realities of Outlook’s clients and associates who are blind or have low vision.

Teams of two are welcome to sign up and view additional event information at outlooken.org/event/bags-brews-cornhole-tournament-2026. Sponsorship opportunities are also available for businesses looking to align their brand with an impactful local cause—to learn more contact Executive Director Nina Rongisch at nrongisch@outlooken.org.
