The Team Jack Foundation (teamjackfoundation.org), based in Atkinson, Nebraska, is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to funding impactful research and raising awareness for childhood brain cancer, the leading cause of death by disease in children.

The Foundation was inspired by the life of Jack Hoffman, a young Nebraska boy whose 69-yard touchdown run in the 2013 Nebraska Spring Game captured hearts across the nation. Jack’s courageous battle with brain cancer and his spirit of hope became the driving force behind the Foundation’s mission. Jack’s legacy continues to inspire thousands to join the fight for a cure.

Since its founding in 2013, the Team Jack Foundation has raised millions of dollars to fund cutting-edge research across the United States. Through events, partnerships and community support, the organization remains steadfast in its commitment to advancing treatments and improving outcomes for children diagnosed with brain cancer.

From its small-town roots in Atkinson to a national movement of support, Team Jack continues to strive toward one goal: to end childhood brain cancer.
