Youth Emergency Services (YES) (yesomaha.org) serves a big portion of Omaha’s homeless youth population—and
that comes with an equally big need for volunteer support. In a month all about showing others love, YES
encourages you to show your love to the young people YES serves as a volunteer for the organization! By helping YES as a volunteer, through any or all of the ways below, you not only spread love; you also make a big difference in the lives of youth experiencing homelessness. From purchasing items on YES’ Amazon Wishlist, to hosting a clothing or food drive for our homeless youth, there is no limit to how you can help the young people of Omaha. Because, with you, we can create a community where every young person feels loved, valued, and supported.
Ways to get involved include hosting a clothing or food drive for homeless youth, donating from YES’ Winter Amazon Needs List (amzn.to/3WLxeHg), or signing up for the Meal Calendar (bit.ly/yesmealcal25). Check out more ways to give back here at yesomaha.org/s/Volunteer-Menu.pdf or contact Emily Speck via email at especk@yesomaha.org to learn more about volunteer opportunities at YES. Thank you for giving back and spreading the love this February! It’s commitment from supporters like you that helps YES truly make a difference in the lives of Omaha’s youth.
