The date has almost arrived! Midwest Geriatrics, Inc. and Senior Health Foundation will be hosting their 22nd Annual Golf Outing on September 25th at Quarry Oaks in Ashland, NE.
Come out and enjoy a great day of golf on one of the top-ranked and most picturesque courses in the Midwest. Check in is at 11:00 a.m. with a shotgun start at noon. Lunch is provided along with prizes. Entry is $150 per person or $550 for a foursome. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.
Serving seniors for 109 years, the Senior Health Foundation helps fill the gaps in critical programs for low-income seniors in Omaha through Midwest Geriatrics, Inc. MGI is a non-profit, 501c3 management company for Florence Home Healthcare, Royale Oaks and House of Hope Assisted Livings, House of Hope Alzheimer’s Care, Gerimed/Unimed Pharmacies, and Empower Home Care.
