Outlook Enrichment Seeking Volunteers for Golf Tournament, Vision Beyond Site Event

Outlook Enrichment (outlooken.org) is seeking volunteers for two upcoming events—the Tee It Up Fore Sight Golf Tournament & Blind Golfer Clinic on June 10 and the Vision Beyond Sight fall fundraiser on November 19. Tee It Up Fore Sight has been called one of the best-run charity golf events in Omaha. It’s a four-person scramble with lunch, dinner, and a raffle at the Indian Creek Golf Course in Elkhorn. Volunteers help with event registration, soliciting raffle prizes during the event, assisting golf-clinic participants, and other tasks, as needed.

Vision Beyond Sight is Outlook Enrichment’s fall fundraiser and a great way to meet supporters and program participants. Volunteers assist with decorating the event space, soliciting silent-auction items, greeting arriving guests, assembling event materials, and other tasks, as needed. Volunteers also work one-on-one with teens during events, provide office support, and captain tandem bikes as part of Outlook Enrichment’s Tandem Bike Club.

Outlook Enrichment is a nonprofit that provides resources and support to those with vision loss so they can remain independent. Like other nonprofits, Outlook relies on the generosity of volunteers to meet the needs of the people the organization serves. They need your support to continue assisting neighbors living with vision loss through their adaptive-technology training and culture, recreation, and peer-support programs.
