NeighborGood (neighborgoodpantry.org) is proud to announce the official opening of its Market Choice shopping experience at its new facility: 1712 Charleston Drive, Papillion, NE.
Designed to empower neighbors with dignity and reduce food waste, the Market Choice model transitions the pantry from pre packed bags to a grocery-store-style experience. Residents of Sarpy County and Ralston can now walk the aisles and select the fresh produce, hygiene items, and pantry staples that best fit their family’s dietary needs and preferences.
“Market Choice is about more than just food; it’s about providing our neighbors with the autonomy and respect they deserve,” said Melissa Nelson, Exec. Director at NeighborGood. “By allowing families to choose their own items, we ensure that the food we provide is food they will actually use and enjoy.”
NeighborGood is open for Market Choice shopping during the following times:
- Monday/Thursday: 5:30 – 7 p.m.
- Tuesday/Friday: 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
NeighborGood continues to serve as a vital resource for the community, providing not only food but also hygiene products, diapers, and pet supplies to those in need.
