The NFPA 70E standard has undergone some major changes for 2015. The Nebraska Safety Council is offering a three-day class which incorporates these critical changes.  Enhance the protection of your employees and your company by attending our NFPA 70E/Arc Flash Electrical Safety Training and Industrial High Voltage Hands-On Training January 13 through 15, 2015.

Arc Flash is one of the most dangerous hazards in the workplace, causing hundreds of fatalities and thousands of injuries each year. Arc Flash is the sudden release of electrical energy through the air when an arcing fault occurs between phase-to-phase, phase-to-neutral, or phase-to-ground conductors. This extreme temperature melts and vaporizes metals and can ignite clothing and cause fatal burns as far as 10 feet away.

The intensive 3-day training course, taught by certified electrician Gabriel Garcia, meets the OSHA 1910.269, 1910.331-335 and 2014 standards and includes the 2015 NFPA 70E regulation changes. The classes are being sponsored by the Nebraska Safety Council and taught by NTT, Inc. Both classes qualify for Nebraska State Electrical Division licensing CEUs.

Attend the 2-day NFPA 70E/Arc Flash Electrical Safety Course or the 1-day Industrial High Voltage Electrical Safety (Hands-On) Training.  Attend all three days and receive a discount on tuition.  Course fee includes a copy of the revised 2015 NFPA 70E Standard.
