Anna Goeschel, associate broker with OMNE Home, is the American Heart Association’s (heart.org.) Go Red for Women Omaha Woman of Impact Winner for 2025. In addition, Goeschel was named a Centennial Club member by the American Heart Association national campaign. She won the local competition by raising funds and increasing awareness to combat heart disease and stroke in women while improving overall well-being in the community.

According to the American Heart Association, a global force for longer, healthier lives, cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the leading cause of death among women in the U.S. It claims the lives of 1 in 3 women, disproportionately affecting women of color.

“Thanks to the efforts of incredible leaders like Anna and all of our nominees, we’re making strides to ensure all women in Omaha are seen, heard, and counted when it comes to their health,” said Lindsey Vande Hoef, development director of Go Red for Women, impact campaigns for the American Heart Association, Omaha.

Over the course of nine weeks, Goeschel, along with a team of family, friends, and colleagues, competed for the Woman of Impact title. She participated in various community awareness and fundraising activities. Goeschel raised a total of $130,202.

“It was an incredible honor to be nominated as a 2025 Woman of Impact nominee,” said Goeschel, “I’m truly inspired by what this powerful group of women accomplished together. These nine weeks have been some of the most rewarding of my life.”
