Do Space Volunteer Drive Set for September 11, Volunteer Opportunities Available

Learn more about volunteer opportunities by attending the Do Space (www.dospace.org) Volunteer Drive on Saturday, September 11 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will be on the second floor of the Do Space building, located at 7205 Dodge St. The Volunteer Drive will consist of informational sessions, building tours, tech kit demonstrations, and on-the-spot volunteer interviews for those who are interested. Light refreshments will be provided.

Do Space would not be possible without the dedicated volunteers who actively share their passion for technology with members. Volunteers at Do Space not only get the unique experience of helping people better use tech to achieve their goals, but they also have the opportunity to experiment with new technology before it is released to the public. They invite you to join them in leading the community tech movement at Do Space. They have opportunities for everyone, so you do not have to be a tech expert to get involved. Do Space is a unique concept that combines the notions of a community technology library, a digital workshop, and an innovation playground, producing new opportunities to learn, grow, explore, and create.
