Cross Training Center Seeking Vehicle Donations for Student Job Experience

The Cross Training Center (CTC, crosstc.com) is seeking vehicle donations in any condition so that their students can gain hands-on career experience. The vehicles will be used to teach their students how to diagnose, repair, and resell vehicles and small engine machinery. These valuable trade skills will help the Training Center’s Cross Automotive students escape the cycle of poverty and give them the tools they need to build a career and a fulfi lling life. What’s more, all car donations are fully tax-deductible, based on the market value of the vehicle. All donors will receive a receipt and a Form 1098-C to be used for tax purposes.

The Cross Training Center is a nonprofit organization that provides vocational training and job experience for those who are not able to attain a job due to challenging backgrounds and circumstances. Incarceration, homelessness, mental illness, drug addiction, and domestic violence can prevent someone from re-entering the job market. CTC empowers these people to regain control of their lives and circumstances so that they can make choices to correct their paths. To donate a vehicle or inquire about more of their services, visit crosstc.com, call (402) 590-2100, or email Brenda Banks at brenda@crosstc.com.
