Children’s Scholarship Fund of Omaha held its 2nd annual New Family Reception at Creighton University on September 16, 2015, with over 350 people in attendance. CSF alumni, Mr. Josh Jones, former Creighton University basketball player, and Ms. Samantha Morford, current student at University of Nebraska at Omaha, along with Samantha’s mother Melissa, former CSF parent, spoke. The event focused on the important role parents play in the education of their children. An inspiring evening for all!
Children’s Scholarship Fund of Omaha (CSF) believes that all families, regardless of income, should be able to choose the best educational setting for their children. CSF provides tuition assistance scholarships so children from low-income families can access the private or parochial K-8 education of their choice. CSF is destination neutral and has no religious affiliation—children attend approximately 80 different schools across Omaha and northeast Nebraska.
