CHAD Nebraska Recognizes Charity Campaign Partners

CHAD (Combined Health Agencies Drive; www.chadnebraska.org) recently recognized 14 of its 21 member charities for not only contributing to the CHAD workplace campaign in their areas but also achieving 100% participation. These charities include: Alzheimer’s Association Nebraska Chapter; Arthritis Foundation Nebraska; Brain Injury Alliance of Nebraska; Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, Nebraska/Iowa Chapter; Cystic Fibrosis Foundation – Nebraska Chapter; JDRF Nebraska- Southwest Iowa Chapter; Leukemia & Lymphoma Society – Nebraska Chapter; Muscular Dystrophy Association of Nebraska; Nebraska AIDS Project; Nebraska Chapter of the National Hemophilia Foundation; Nebraska Hospice and Palliative Care Association in partnership with Nebraska Health Care Association; Nebraska Kidney Association; Team Jack Foundation; and United Cerebral Palsy of Nebraska.

“By participating in the campaign, the staff at each of these organizations are showing the community that our member charities recognize the importance of community involvement and giving back,” said Michelle Grossman, President and CEO. “They are mirroring what we are asking others in the community to do, which makes our mission stronger.”

Not only did CHAD’s partners participate, CHAD also had 100% participation—all staff participated in the United Way of the Midlands campaign in Omaha, United Way/CHAD partnership campaign in Lincoln, and the statewide CHAD campaign in Greater Nebraska.

Since its inception, CHAD of Nebraska has raised $58,159,054 for charities who are supporting those in need in the community. To learn more, call (402) 614-8500 or visit www.chadnebraska.org. You can also connect with the organization on social media (@CHADNebraska).
