Abide (abideomaha.org) invites you to their annual Better Together 5K on Saturday, June 10, at 8 a.m. at the Better Together Campus near 45th and Bedford. Check-in will take place on Friday, June 9, from 5-7:30 p.m. and Saturday morning from 7-7:30 a.m. Participation is $12 for adults, $6 for children 6-18 years old and kids five and under are free. This includes an event shirt, a participant packet with race info and breakfast provided by their partner, Christ Community Church. Strollers are allowed, but bikes and scooters are prohibited. Parking is free on the Better Together Campus. While parking is available, it is also limited. Please consider carpooling to help provide enough parking spaces for everyone. Abide is partnering with Goodwill Omaha to help fuel its mission to revitalize the inner city. Throughout the month of June, please consider doing your thrifting at your local Omaha Goodwill and rounding up your purchase to the nearest dollar (or $10 or $100!) to support Abide.
