The Heart & Stroke Walk is a fun, family-friendly event that brings the community together to get active, raise life-saving funds and support the mission of the American Heart Association. Lace up your sneakers for a day filled with music, activities and camaraderie.

Through fundraising and community engagement, the Heart & Stroke Walk aims to enhance CPR training accessibility, bolster bystander preparedness, increase funding for vital research, and ultimately, save lives.

The survivor finish lane celebrates the journey heart disease and stroke survivors have taken to be at the Heart Walk. Be filled with joy as volunteers, family and friends all participate in the cheering section as you cross the finish line. There will also be opportunities to memorialize those who are no longer with us. The walk is set to take place on Saturday, May 17, from 8 to 11 a.m. For more information, visit omahaheartwalk.com.
