Nonprofit organizations BFF Omaha (bffomaha.org) and Nebraskans for Abortion Access are partnering up to bring awareness for abortion access in Nebraska, particularly in rural communities.

BFF is committed to building community through arts engagement. This project includes displaying various billboards featuring local artists. The collection of billboards, named “Voices of Choice,” will be placed around highways in communities such as Hastings, Scottsbluff, Norfolk, Lexington, and various other rural areas.

“Voices of Choice” will be showcased to the public from February 6 to May 7. There will also be an exhibit provided by BFF with selected designs at their PetShop Gallery, located in Omaha’s Benson Creative District, during the First Friday event on March 3 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. The exhibit will run for two months.

The staff of both Nebraskans for Abortion Access and BFF hope that “Voices of Choice,” will enrich communities and create needed conversations about particularly hard topics.

With a vibrant staff of 85 volunteers, BFF believes that all people have the right to create, experience, and cultivate. For additional questions, contact info@bffomaha.org, or visit bffomaha.org for more information.
