The 6th Annual Omaha Health Expo will be held at the CenturyLink Convention Center Omaha on April 13th from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. and April 14th from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.  The Expo is the largest health and wellness event in the Midwest and one of the largest in the nation, and last year there were over 10,000 in attendance, over 300 exhibitors, over 50 seminars, and over 7-10 featured speakers.  This event supports wellness, natural products, conservation, being efficient, being healthy, organics, food, cooking, healthy eating, and much more.  Health Seminars will be going on both days and Omaha’s Most Healthy School Challenge is being held together with the Expo, with a walk to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association held on Saturday and the Omaha Biathlon bike-run event on Sunday that both will start and finish at the Expo.
