Beth Greiner to Lead Children’s Hospital & Medical Center Foundation

Beth Greiner, APR, has been appointed as Children’s Hospital & Medical Center’s next Vice President – Chief Development Officer and Executive Director of Children’s Foundation, effective January 1, 2016. Greiner succeeds Roger Lewis, who will retire at the end of 2015.

Greiner has served as Director of Foundation Administration since 2013. In this role, she has assisted Lewis in planning and implementing strategic fundraising initiatives. She also has managed the acquisition of major and planned gifts. Prior to joining Children’s, Greiner served Omaha’s Knights of Ak-Sar-Ben Foundation for more than 15 years, first as a Vice President and as President for eight years.

Children’s Hospital & Medical Center Foundation was created in 1983 to raise awareness and manage and distribute funds to support Children’s premier pediatric services and programs. As an advocate for children, many of the services the hospital provides are not reimbursed.

The leader in pediatric health care, Children’s Hospital & Medical Center offers unique resources to children from across a five-state region and beyond. Children’s is home to Nebraska’s only Level IV regional Newborn Intensive Care Unit and the state’s only Level II Pediatric Trauma Center.
