First Responders Foundation Offers Gracie Jiu-Jitsu®, Available for Youth and Adults

The First Responders Foundation (firstrespondersfoundation.org) is the official home of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu® Omaha, and they are encouraging the community to sign up for one of the many classes they have available for youth starting at five years through adults. Classes take place at the First Responders Foundation Health & Wellness Center at 10605 Burt Cir. and are led by Director of Physical Training and Law Enforcement Officer Brian Bonifas. Brian recently completed Instructor Certification at Gracie University HQ in Torrance, CA.

If you know of kids that are experiencing bullying, the Foundation offers a program that will help. Gracie Bullyproof® is a program that instills unshakable confidence in children so they can overcome bullies without violence. Gracie Combatives® is a beginner program for adults. This program teaches the 36 core techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun, safe, and cooperative environment. The public is invited to sign up for a 10-day free trial of the program. Contact Brian for more information at brian@firstrespondersfoundation.org.
