Child Saving Institute (CSI) (childsaving.org) invites you to PurseOnalities, a celebrated event where fashion meets philanthropy, on Friday, Oct. 2 from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Embassy Suites La Vista. Guests will enjoy exclusive shopping experiences, bid on coveted designer handbags and luxurious auction packages and hear from award-winning author Jeannette Walls, whose memoir “The Glass Castle” spent eight years on The New York Times bestseller list.
Beyond the excitement of luxury shopping, every ticket purchased and every auction item supports CSI in creating better opportunities and brighter futures for children and families in our community. Funds raised through PurseOnalities help sustain critical services, including CSI’s Family Empower Program, which provides support and recovery resources for survivors of domestic violence.
In 2025, nearly 150 women and children who survived domestic violence found healing at CSI. Through individualized case management, group therapy and access to essential resources, they were empowered to build safer, healthier lives free from violence.
Attendees leave with more than great shopping finds. They’ll leave knowing they helped provide hope, healing and brighter futures for children and families served by CSI.
